Lord Shiva is the supreme God, the destroyer and the provider of the great knowledge. Shiva has a Trident in the right lower arm, with a crescent moon on his head. He is said to be fair like camphor or like an ice clad mountain. He has fire and Damaru and Mala or a kind of weapon. He wears five serpents as ornaments. He wears a garland of skulls. Mahamrityunjay Yantra is very effective in impressing Lord Shiva and acquiring his blessings. Shiva is the destroyer among the trinity and is worshipped as their main deity by millions of Hindus.
Mahamrityunjay Yantra is beneficial for mental, emotional and physical health.It is also a moksha yantra which bestows longevity and immortality. The Maha Mrityunjaya yantra creates a very powerful protective shield of divine vibrations that wards off and protects us from negativities and evil forces.The Upasana of Lord Mahamritunjay SHIVA is most auspicious and bestows the devotee with health, wealth and happiness, good fortune and fame. This Mahamrityunjay yantra particularly relieves one from all dreadful diseases. The Mahamrityunjay yantra can be carved or embossed on copper or silver plate. It can also be written on Bhoja Patra in an auspicious lagna and Hora. Purify the Yantra with mantras. The Yantra dispels all sorts of fears, influence of evil planets, fear of ghosts, accidental death, diseases etc.
The Mahamrityunjay Yantra must be purified 11000 times with Mahamritunjay Mantra with samput. Homa should be performed with ten thousand mantras, Bilwa fruit, til, rice cooked with milk and sugar, mustard, Milk, curd, durba grass, Samdha of Banyan tree, Palasa tree, and catcch plant.
